About the event
Baby yoga combines touch with gentle movement to allow baby to reach, stretch and explore what their body can do.
We use songs alongside movement to encourage language development and support the bonding experience with your little one.
In your class you will also be able to do complimentary yoga stretches for parents working on strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
The Zen Baby Company's yoga classes have been designed to benefit both you and your baby.
